Job Description

This role will be ongoing, 10-20 hours per week.

Found designs personalized treatments around every factor that make people unique, including biology, medical history, existent lifestyle, goals and more. Found’s members are supported by a team that includes providers to prescribe effective medication, and the best of consumer technology to provide behavioral health interventions delivered through our app for guidance on nutrition, movement, sleep and emotional health.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our marketing team to create eye-catching designs for a wide range of marketing applications, including but not limited to: social media assets, web design pages and elements, email campaigns, graphical elements for video content, content marketing templates, presentations
  • Execute design projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Utilize Figma to create, collaborate, and iterate on design concepts.
  • Maintain a strong adherence to brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Take the initiative to suggest and implement design improvements.
  • Utilize your illustration skills when required to enhance design projects (experience in illustrations is a plus).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a designer with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your work across various marketing applications.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Familiarity with illustration techniques is a plus.
  • A keen eye for emerging design trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
