While Crown Creative promotes a flexible working environment, we strongly prefer this person to be based in Belfast or London, willing to relocate & have full-time availability.

About you

- You are an original thinker, who is able to communicate strategically-led ideas and direction clearly throughout the creative process both internally and externally, without losing sight of the original brief and goals.

- Able to quickly identify great ideas and direct them through to beautifully crafted solutions.

- Someone with an authentic personality and a natural desire to progress the business and people around you. An inspiration and mentor to less experienced team members and a level head under pressure.

- The agility to be both hands-on designing when needed, coupled with a nurturing ability to direct teams of designers to successful outcomes.

- Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years' agency experience in the design industry and a portfolio with an emphasis on identity design. You will have experience directing creative workflow, instructing colleagues to meet a creative brief, and be able to inspire your colleagues.

- A doer and a thinker, you can lead projects independently but are generous and happy to share your learnings with others and be part of a tight-knit team.

This is a senior role working alongside the Creative Director to inspire and manage design projects for global, high-profile brands.
