Ensemble is a brand strategy and design studio based in Manchester. We work globally across  a range of sectors, including culture, tech, place-making, sports and enterprise.  

‍You  

-An ideas-first person with a minimum of 5  years proven experience in delivering across brand, design and implementation. An ambitious designer not afraid to push the boundaries and bring new, fresh ideas to the table - be it for clients or the studio.
- Confident, strong articulator of concepts  with an understanding of the broader strategic landscapes of clients.  
- Has an exceptional eye for layout, typography, illustration, form and style, with a continued desire to challenge expectations. Self-motivated and organised – willing to lead projects and drive the studio output forwards.
- Expert in Adobe suite. Additional software knowledge a plus, such as Figma, After Effects, or Processing.
- A continued curiosity to explore alternative software to deliver the right results. Ability to work with self-initiative, make creative calls and manage the layers of project nuances.

The role

- Driving the studio forwards by overseeing  the design process across multiple projects simultaneously, from the conception to  final delivery, whilst managing time and  client expectations.  
- Bringing a new creative opinion and energy to the team through new approaches and methods.  
- Working with other members of the studio across all levels to elevate creative standards, with accountability of creative output.
