About you

You are a designer who is passionate about building identities and seeing them come to life in innovative and inventive ways. Ideally, you have a minimum of 2 years experience in the design industry as a graphic designer and a portfolio with an emphasis on identity design.

You can work independently but are curious, and eager to learn and ask questions. You are ambitious, enjoy experimenting and like to be challenged by points of view that differ from your own with a view to achieving the best result.

You work daily in InDesign & Illustrator and are comfortable designing for print and digital applications.

Ideally, you’re passionate about hospitality, and keep your finger on the pulse of trends in the hospitality and design sectors.

Your role

Everyday life at Crown Creative is varied - as most weeks you will handle several projects at once, developing identities and collateral for clients varying from well-known brands to neighborhood slice stores, and everything in between.

You’ll be responsible for taking a project from brief to completion - working with the Creative Director and Senior Designers to shape the chosen direction.

As a team of hospitality thinkers, we like to work collaboratively and all pitch in to help ideate - from concept development to naming.

Your tasks will include naming, research, design, brand development, meetings, and production.

We have a strong culture of putting creativity first and spending time together as a team. Often we bring lunch into the office, and on Fridays we finish early.
