Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at The Social Co., you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our clients' messages effectively. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to develop a wide range of design materials, including but not limited to:

• Marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners
• Digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns
• Branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, and corporate identities
• Presentation decks and visual aids for client meetings and pitches

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities
• Produce high-quality design work that meets project deadlines and exceeds client expectations
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, provide creative feedback, and iterate on designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into your work
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bowburn, UK. The successful candidate must be able to commute to our office on a regular basis.
