Junior or Mid Art Director

About The Role

We are looking for a junior/mid Art Director to work across several job streams for one of the world’s most famous sportswear and lifestyle brands.

Reporting to R/GA’s Creative Director, you will be tasked to provide world-class art direction and visual concepts for all sorts of briefs, across various brand categories spanning from sports to urban culture.

We expect you to be comfortable working on very ambitious, fast-paced briefs, creating comms and experiences that are a referent for both, the audience and the industry.

Some days you will be leading other creatives to come up with ideas to comms briefs. Some others, collaborating with our visual designers to create a visual direction for a brand experience, or rolling-up your sleeves to provide art direction for a sneakers launch.

Whilst we’re primarily looking for an art director for this role, a hands-on mentality with strong design skills would be a plus.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

  • Hungry but nice and collaborative spirit.
  • This is a brand engraved in trends, youth, sports and culture. Your folio must include examples of both, visual creative thinking and best-in-class art direction for sports, lifestyle or fashion brands.

Location:

The role is based primarily in London however, applications from across the UK are encouraged due to our 'distributed talent' approach.
