The Role

Heima | Design Studio is looking for a part-time Senior Brand Designer to join their team in London. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for some work from home. As the Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality branding solutions for clients in music, fashion, beauty and wellness, travel and experience sector, as well as mentoring and managing junior designers as we grow our team, and managing freelancers on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in branding, skilled in motion design or able to art direct motion designers, a passion for typography, colour, and design, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• You're keen to grow and are genuinely interested in visual communication, curious of exploring how design impacts cultures and bring your own perspective in a client's brief and team's discussion
• You're an individual, not a company/design studio
• You have 5+ years of experience in branding and graphic design
• You have an excellent understanding of typography, motion, colour theory, presentations, templates and branding roll out
• You're proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, motion design is a huge plus
• You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and ability to articulate design concepts to non-designers
• You're have passion for design, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• You have a keen eye for visual aesthetics and current design trends
