UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Our agency focuses on designing and building top-tier eCommerce websites for luxury and premium brands. We work with companies ranging from startups to multinational companies to provide holistic eCommerce solutions unique to their needs and objectives.

As an UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the design team on large scale eCommerce projects. You will be comfortable working across UX and UI design disciplines and are fully competent in using industry standard software to create pixel perfect designs to a high standard.

Successful candidates should have experience designing beautiful UI combined with a strong focus on UX, conversion and eCommerce best practices.

This is a full-time position with possibility to work from our east London office, or remote on a UK time zone.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the design team to create visual concepts for eCommerce websites
  • Design within or without brand guidelines with the vision to push these as far as possible
  • Design pixel perfect modular components from existing style guides
  • Prototyping interactions & micro animations
  • Create design systems and documentation for the development team to work from
  • Provide accurate time estimations to design briefs

About you:

  • Experience using Figma
  • Experience with Principle and After Effects or other prototyping tools
  • Strong usability and visual communication skills
  • Curiosity and critical thinking
  • Ability to understand and design for conversion rate optimisation
  • Competent at communicating with both clients & team members
  • A team players, that can both collaborate with other designers and work on its own
  • Experience working with luxury brands in the fashion & beauty sector is preferred but not essential
  • Experience designing for e-commerce is preferred but not essential
  • Experience working with google analytic or other data analysis tool is preferred but not essential
