Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Storytelling: Use motion graphics, cutscenes, and visual effects to enhance the game's narrative.
• Character Animation: Create fluid, expressive character animations focusing on details like facial expressions and movement.
• Character Design: Develop original character concepts that align with the game’s artistic vision and enhance gameplay.
• 3D Modeling & Animation: Create detailed 3D models and animations using industry-standard software.
• Basic Coding Knowledge: Use HTML, CSS, and collaborate with programmers to integrate character behaviors and animations.
• Texture & Material Design: Design shaders and materials, optimizing for performance across platforms.
• Animation Support: Collaborate with animators and riggers to ensure proper character rigging and animation integration.
• Iterative Design: Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to refine character designs and improve player experience.
• Technical Problem Solving: Address technical issues related to character design and work with the team to find solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in character design and 2D/3D modeling, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Maya, Figma or similar tools.
• Familiarity with industry trends and a passion for gaming.
• Strong understanding of color, composition, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually engaging content.
