We’re looking for a Creative Producer (all genders) to join our team in Berlin and bring branded content projects to life for our partners.

In this role:

You’ll lead photo, video, and digital productions from start to finish - making sure everything is on brief, on brand, and on budget. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and creatives to produce campaigns that are visually stunning and culturally relevant. Your goal? Craft powerful, engaging content experiences that connect our brand partners with the Highsnobiety audience.

You should be:

An experienced producer with 3+ years working on premium photo/video productions - ideally for fashion, lifestyle, or culture-focused clients. You know your way around creative and technical workflows, thrive under pressure, and have an eye for storytelling. Bonus points if you’ve worked with A-list talent and understand what makes our community tick.
