• This role provides support services to all engaged departments: PR, Marketing, Production and development studios to produce high-quality art and design assets. Typical end use will include, but is not limited to, editorial, social, marketing, internal, and occasionally in-game use.
• This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:
  • Create original print and digital design assets, including packaging, event materials, social content, seasonal art, posters, web banners, email assets and/or ui, etc.
  • Generate other art assets, including reference materials for studios, 1st party online use, and marketing.
  • Update Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and PowerPoint projects and other assets received from external sources
  • Organize, archive, and back up projects
  • Work closely with the design leads to develop creative that is on brief and meets stakeholder needs
  • Implement feedback received from our marketing partners and other internal groups.
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and adherence to defined brand guidelines.
  • Confidently manage own timelines and workloads and communicate needs with lead and creative director.
  • Integrate 3d assets into static designs
  • Troubleshoot computer equipment, including Macbook Pro and PC workstations
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• A portfolio
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Figma and other Adobe products a plus
• Good eye for composition, framing, alignment and color
• Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute the creation of original designs for projects
• Very basic knowledge of After Effects a plus
• Thick skinned, good listener and able to take constructive criticism
• Experience with social media and digital marketing campaigns and strategies
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize projects
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• High level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Experience with PowerPoint. Google slides and Keynote are a plus.
• Bonus points if you have experience with copywriting, motion graphics, photography, typography, UX/UI, illustration and/or 3D modelling
• 3 to 5 years of experience. Video game industry experience a plus
• College degree in the requisite field or equivalent experience preferred.
