We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data, striving for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
