- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, production-ready assets
- Help maintain and evolve our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in product design, UX, and fintech trends
What They're Looking For

- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.)
- Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
- Some familiarity with design systems and responsive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Curious, proactive, and open to feedback
- Bonus: Experience working on fintech or data-heavy products
