This is a remote position.

• Design and improve the user interface of our website based on usability, user experience principles, and business needs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Test and iterate on UI and UX designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
