Robert Half is working with an agency client who is looking to hire a Graphic Designer. This is a direct hire position in Metro Atlanta. All candidates must be local to Atlanta and willing to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality visual designs across brand, digital, social, web, and print channels aligned with project goals and client strategy.
• Contribute to creative concepting and ideation during kickoffs, brainstorms, and wireframing phases.
• Partner with developers, writers, strategists, and fellow creatives to execute integrated campaigns and websites.
• Support client presentations and design reviews, clearly communicating design decisions and iterating based on feedback.
• Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all deliverables to ensure cohesive, polished brand experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with guidance from senior creatives and the Art Director, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance creative output.
• Assist with UX/UI design efforts, including wireframes, visual systems, and design documentation for websites and applications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or comparable UX/UI tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and marketing work.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating on web and UX/UI projects with cross‑functional teams.
