- Push the boundaries of what digital brand experiences can be
- Own a portfolio of clients, balancing innovation with commercial impact
- Line manage, mentor, and support designers, helping raise the overall quality of craft across the team
- Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing new talent
- Collaborate closely with strategy, development, and client services to deliver cohesive, effective solutions
- Improve and evolve our design processes, including tools, workflows, and dev handover
- Contribute to long-term thinking for retained clients, helping define roadmaps and opportunities
- Stay curious and bring in inspiration from across digital, culture, and beyond
What We’re Looking For
- A strong digital portfolio that goes beyond eCommerce, showing creativity, craft, and original thinking

- A deep understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts performance
- The ability to translate brand identity into compelling digital experiences
- Confidence working with clients and presenting ideas clearly
- Expert Figma skills
- A strong eye for detail
- A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with others and helping them grow
- Someone who challenges ideas (including their own) and is always looking to improve
