Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a strong foundation in brand identity, typography, layout, and campaign design. You will work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visual assets across print, packaging, digital, retail environments, and brand campaigns.
A keen eye for detail, elevated taste level, and the ability to deliver beautifully crafted work under tight deadlines are essential. Motion design and light animation are a plus but not the core focus of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design campaign assets across print and digital formats
(lookbooks, brochures, brand campaigns, website, social assets, marketing collateral) - Create refined layouts, typography systems, and visual identities that reflect a luxury aesthetic
- Develop packaging concepts from early ideation to production-ready artwork
- Artwork and prepare files for both print and digital output to an exceptional standard
- Retouch and enhance high-resolution imagery for product, campaign, and editorial use
- Collaborate with internal teams, stylists, photographers, copywriters, and production partners
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while pushing creative evolution
- Present new concepts and ideas that elevate the brand’s visual language
- Manage workload efficiently to deliver polished work under pressure
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands
- Proven track record producing high-end creative across both print and digital channels
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma essential; After Effects a plus) - Strong portfolio demonstrating premium craft, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience retouching and preparing final artwork for digital and print delivery
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and execution
- Confident working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Able to interpret and elevate existing brand guidelines with fresh thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing
(After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Understanding of paid media formats, specs, and optimisation
