Rising Art Director
We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer ready to step into an Art Director role — someone who sees every brief as a chance to create something truly memorable. You think boldly, design beautifully, and know how to lead others to do their best work.
You bring ideas to life with craft, curiosity, and taste, and you understand how to turn creative ambition into work that genuinely connects. This is a hybrid role, with motion design at its core and art direction as a key part of the journey.

The Role
As Senior Motion Designer / Art Director, you’ll partner closely with the Creative Director to shape the creative vision for social and digital campaigns that spark conversation and excite fans.
You’ll guide a talented team of designers and motion artists — inspiring, challenging, and collaborating to produce standout visual work for some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands.
You’ll Be
- A natural leader who thrives on collaboration and creative problem-solving
- A conceptual thinker who loves jumping into brainstorms and shaping ideas
- Obsessed with design craft, typography, and visual storytelling
- Fluent in the tools of the trade (Adobe Creative Suite, with strong motion skills)
- Both an Art Director and a hands-on Motion Designer
- Excited by entertainment, pop culture, and what’s next in digital creativity
- Confident presenting to clients and selling the power of strong visual ideas
What You’ll Do
- Lead ideation and visual direction for digital and social campaigns
- Develop look-and-feel systems, art boards, and creative treatments
- Oversee design and motion across all campaign assets, ensuring quality and consistency
- Work closely with designers, editors, and motion artists to bring ideas to life
- Stay hands-on when needed — designing, animating, and experimenting
- Push creative boundaries and elevate visual standards
- Help refine studio workflows and creative processes
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn great ideas into reality
Experience Required
- Several years’ experience in a creative or digital agency
- A portfolio that shows strong taste, ambition, and craft
- Proven experience in Social Advertising for Film & TV
- Experience leading projects, mentoring designers, and shaping impactful campaigns
- Confidence switching between hands-on creation and big-picture direction
- A deep care for the craft — and a drive to push it further every time
