Senior Designer (Shopper and commerce)

Location: Soho, London

Reports to: Tag Design Directors

The Shopper / Commerce team within Tag provides creative support to a number of clients leading strategy, concepts and design for consumer health and FMCG brands. What we’re looking forWe’re looking for a Senior Designer with digital experience to join the team as we continue to grow. They need to be able to work across a wide range of shopper marketing projects (both instore and online), creating a wide range of touch points such as key visuals, shopper POS, social posts, e-comm assets, video storyboards and toolkits for brand and category led activation.

The role

As a Senior Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing campaigns, creating presentations, and ensuring all communications are consistent with brand guidelines and visual principles. You’ll need to have a good knowledge of current shopper design trends and practices and be able to deliver commercially focused creative work to the highest design standards.You’ll work alongside senior team members and demonstrate an ability to work with minimal supervision, ensuring all day-to-day work is run past the Global Design Directors. You’ll manage multiple projects and stakeholders, presenting work and persuasively articulating your ideas.Please note that the team will be in the office 4 days a week from September 1st 2023.

• Self-motivated and able to manage creative projects from brief through to production
• Be proactive, curious and challenging• Ability to think laterally, creating multiple solutions to a brief
• Understand and deliver a best practice approach to creative projects
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Leverage shopper knowledge to develop designs based on a real-world understanding of retail design• Understand the client’s business and ways of working
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of brand guidelines and design principles
• Strong understanding of typography, layout and colour management
• Manage client expectations and build a reputation for commercially driven creativity
• Challenge creative briefs and actively lead creative work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Take full accountability for your workExperience required
• Design degree or equivalent experience• In-house or Agency background
• Expertise in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects) and Microsoft 365

Reputation with internal Tag stakeholders
