The Role


We're looking for a Visual Designer who gets it. Someone who can visualize the chaos and energy of crypto culture while setting new standards for what "good design" means in Web3. You'll shape how our brands show up across every touchpoint, from degen-friendly memes to institutional-grade presentations and launch brand films.
This isn't traditional fintech design. This is about capturing lightning in a bottle. The lightning trading sessions, the community raids, the moon missions — and turning that raw energy into visual stories that make normal audiences want in.


Your First 6 Months

  • Pioneer the aesthetic: Work inside our established design team of brand, digital, product & motion designers to define the industry’s latest aesthetic.
  • Ship relentlessly: Create graphics and visuals that move markets — from viral social content to pitch decks that close deals.
  • Set the visual tone: Design style frames and storyboards that capture Web3's unique blend of sophistication and chaos.
  • Bridge worlds: Work hand in hand with our motion team to create assets that speak to both degens and institutions.
  • Own the brand: Ensure every pixel reinforces who we are — from Discord stickers to Times Square billboards.
  • Stay ahead: Anticipate where crypto culture is heading and get our visuals there first.


You Bring

  • 3+ years crafting digital campaign assets and experiences (bonus if you've touched Web3).
  • A portfolio that shows you can handle brand and execution at both the meme-worthy moments and boardroom refinement.
  • Adobe Creative Suite mastery (with Figma fluency for collaboration).
  • An eye that knows when Comic Sans is ironically perfect and when it's just wrong.
  • The ability to explain why your design choices matter — to everyone from engineers to executives.
  • A hunger for recognition — you want your work on award stages to Twitter timelines.
  • A genuine desire to add to the design world and establish Superduper as a design leader in the world of Web3.


Extra Credit

  • You have an understanding of 3D software or ability to work with 3D assets.
  • Experience implementing animation or motion in marketing materials.
  • You understand why a jpeg sold for $69M and you're already part of the culture we're designing for.

  • You thrive in an intense, high pressure environment, working across multiple brands, programs and often countries to successfully deliver.
  • Believes speed is a competitive advantage and strives to drive urgency across the org.
