The Role: Brand Design Lead

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Brand Design Lead who thrives on variety, challenges, and creative ownership. You’ll work closely with a passionate team and shape the direction of our creative output—while mentoring and leading others.

What You’ll Do

• Craft beautiful, research-driven brands from scratch
• Act as a key decision-maker on design strategy and timelines
• Participate in client discovery sessions
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Create brand identities and style guidelines
• Design websites and collaborate with developers
• Manage relationships with freelancers and vendors
• Take a hands-on role in full-funnel design
• Design for web, social, print, email, video, and more
• Own design output for a roster of ongoing clients
